Every itinerary I build starts with a blank page and your wishlist. Whether you're dreaming of one perfect destination or a journey across several, I craft every detail from start to finish — thoughtfully, personally, and with an eye toward the extraordinary.
This service includes:
- Hotels chosen with intention — and booked with your preferences already in place before you arrive.
- Private guides, local experiences, and immersive moments you won't find in any guidebook.
- Seamless transfers, flights, and rail journeys arranged so every connection feels effortless.
- Dining recommendations — because the right table at the right moment matters.
- On-the-ground support throughout your journey, plus a beautifully organized digital itinerary with everything you need, exactly when you need it.
Planning Fee: $350
Curated Hotel Selection & Booking
Sometimes the hotel is the destination. If you know where you're going but want to arrive somewhere truly exceptional, I'll draw on my network of preferred partners, personal insight, and first-hand experience to find accommodations that feel exactly right for you.
This service includes:
- A curated selection of up to three hotels — each one chosen with your travel style and vision in mind.
- Hotel booking handled completely, with your preferences communicated directly before you arrive.
- Exclusive amenities requested through my preferred partner affiliations — a property credit, a welcome touch, and an upgrade when available.
Planning Fee: $150
Cruise Planning & Booking
From intimate expedition ships sailing to Antarctica to grand ocean liners crossing the Mediterranean, the right cruise is a world unto itself. I'll match you with the line, ship, and sailing that fits your vision — and handle every detail from embarkation to the moment you step back on shore.
This service includes:
- Ship and itinerary research tailored to your travel style, interests, and budget.
- Cabin selection and booking, with your preferences noted from the moment you board.
- Exclusive Partner Amenities requested at booking — a shipboard credit, priority embarkation, and other extras when available.
- Shore excursion recommendations and bookings at ports of call.
- Pre-cruise hotel research and booking — I recommend arriving at least one night early for a smooth, stress-free embarkation.
- Post-cruise extensions planned and booked — one of the smartest ways to maximize your travel investment.

Hotel Reservations
Already know where you want to stay? I can take care of the booking for you — and my VIP perks and connections are available to you along the way. This is a great option for a weekend getaway, a favorite property you return to often, or a hotel you've had your eye on and know is the right fit.
This service includes:
- Hotel booking and direct communication with the hotel to ensure your preferences are noted.
- Securing available amenities and exclusive perks through my preferred partner affiliations.

Flight Research & Booking
Airlines are one of travel's great complexities — and one of its few areas where expertise truly pays. I research and book flights on your behalf, factoring in routing, timing, loyalty programs, and the upgrades worth pursuing. A flat fee of $50 per ticket applies, reflecting the time and care that goes into finding the right flight — not just the cheapest one.
This service includes:
- Domestic and international flight research and booking.
- Loyalty program guidance to help you maximize miles, points, and elite status benefits.
- Premium economy and above on trans-oceanic routes — where airline partnerships allow me to go further on your behalf.
Planning Fee: $50 per ticket
Travel Protection & Insurance
The world is unpredictable — and the trips worth taking are often the ones worth protecting. I'll help you navigate travel insurance options and recommend the right level of coverage for your trip, your health, and your peace of mind. This is a service I provide at no additional cost, because protecting your investment is simply part of what I do.
This service includes:
- Personalized insurance recommendations based on your trip type, destination, and coverage needs.
- Guidance on policy options including trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and cancel-for-any-reason coverage.
- A trusted resource if you need to file a claim — I'll help you navigate the process from start to finish.
